The delicate-sounding name suits this minimalist East Village restaurant manned by chef Scott Bryan, where the seasonal New American entrées, such as grilled Berkshire pork loin with glazed Tokyo turnips or roasted organic chicken with mascarpone polenta and wild mushrooms, all cost less than $30. And if the décor feels particularly inspired, it’s because luxury furniture designer Ligne Roset created Apiary’s look: clean modern lines supporting plush, wine-hued chairs and chandelier silhouettes.
